Stress is now entering the killer first order. He was one of the causes of modern disease; Stroke, cancer, suicide, drug addiction, violence, and others. Perhaps because of the demands of work and situations that make humans today are very range with stress, coupled with unfavorable environmental situation.Stress is a psychological state in which a person's emotional instability that made him depressed. Sources of stress are called stressors themselves, and due to stress is called the strain. Basically the normal voltage stress is useful to boost employment, improve productivity, or the courage to face new things. Which becomes abnormal when, prolonged stress experienced by the individual, and the offending individual life, because they feel unable to cope with the existing strains. In fact there is chronic stress, which can interfere with physical health (psychosomatic).The inability of individuals facing stressors (peace with strain), because of the challenges faced by individuals is much greater with kukuatan available. It could be because circumstances change dramatically, or a large volume and tension that comes so suddenly that there was no chance to prepare individuals before.Typically, individuals who are experiencing symptoms of stress, not just feel overwhelmed by the situation, but also less able to take steps to solve the problem rationally. We can imagine how heavy the burden faced by people who experience stress.
